Applications
Application - LES- MT designed and manufactured for Vintec Solution Providers or for Applications where the Main Supply Changes The solution providers use this controller to test and check the level of Energy Saving can be achieved for his customers required. The LES - MT reduce the supply voltage to the load by three steps manual selector. 15V or 20V or 25V. The controller is a 3 phase 4 wire advanced microprocessor controlled energy saving controller specifically designed for checking and testing the lux level of HID light units such as High Pressure Sodium, Metal Halide, Mercury Vapour and Fluorescent Lamps.
Implementation
The LES-MT controller is manufactured with Multi Tap Magnetic Coil. By the manual selector the installer can decrease the voltage supply by constant value if it is permitted (no fault happened, input voltage is sufficient, there is control signal-"energy saver on" and time delay for lamp heating is over). After the power is supplied to the controller, the programmed delay time will commence, which is fixed at approximately 6 minutes. After the timer expires the controller is in "Energy Saving" mode and the output voltage is reduced by ∆U (e.g. if the input voltage is 235V, ∆U=25V, the output voltage will be210V.) In the case of power failure, after the power return (restart) and all the control signals are still present, the controller provides full voltage to the system and energy saving will begins after the time delay as mentioned above. If, during energy saving mode, it becomes necessary to restart some or all lamps, this can be achieved by opening the connection to terminals 3 & 4 (disable "Energy Saving" mode). The unit will now supply full voltage until "Energy Saving" mode is again enabled via terminals 3 & 4 and the timer has elapsed.

Selector Switch -S
The Selector Switch "S" has 3 possibilities for voltage supply reduction: ∆U = 15V ∆U = 20V ∆U = 25V

Installation
All LES-MT units are designed for installation within the mains supply cable to the distribution boards of the lighting system. The LES-MT is usually mounted next to, as far as is practicable, the lighting distribution board.

Energy & Power Analyzer Multimeter
The Power Multimeter is a compact, multi functional, three-phase multimeter, especially designed to suit the needs of power and energy measurement in electric panel. The Power Multimeter includes an open protocol communication for, Building management systems. It is designed for power and energy metering, as well as quality power measurement and data logging. The Power Multimeter is capable of measuring active, reactive and apparent power, as well as frequency, power factor, current, voltage, harmonics analysis and has a waveform graphic display.
Main Features
1. Measurements accuracy according to international standard IEC 687/61036. 2. Accuracy better than 0.1% - Class 0.1. 3. Power quality analysis according to British standard EN50160. 4. Max’ and Min’ measuring: Volts, Amperes, Powers, frequencies and P.F. Power High demand (KVA and KW) measuring. 5. Multilingual simply operated menus. 6. Energy data logging. 7. Serial communication Via RS-485 Open protocol such as MODBUS 8. State of the art graphic LCD display 128X64 resolution. 9. Simple installation.
Measurements accuracy:
The Power Multimeter has an autonomic measuring unit, which ensures accuracy of the power energy metering according to the international standard IEC 687/61036. Each cycle is being sampled 1600 times. The measurement accuracy of energy and energy components such as current, voltage, power and power factor is better than 0.1%.
Simple operation:
The Power multimeter has a state of the art Advanced display which capable of displaying data such as voltage, current, powers and energies in a variety of menus. The Power multimeter built-in applications generator enables a simple and easy operation in various languages.

Power quality analysis:
Harmonic disturbances and bad power factor can cause a massive damage to the electric facilities. The Power Multimeter enables monitoring & analysing the supplied electricity quality to the facility. The Power Multimeter also measures true power factor, which includes the influences of the harmonics disturbances. The Harmonics spectrum analysis (up to the 31’th) can be displayed on the LCD.
