Operating Principle
After the power is supplied to the controller and if the 'ON' command exists, the controller supplies full voltage to the system.
Providing the 'Energy Saving' contact is enabled, the programmed delay time will commence, which is fixed at approximately 6 minutes.
After the timer expires the LES-A is in 'Energy Saving' mode and the output voltage is reduced by approximately 25V or 20V according the customer requirement and order (e.g. if the input voltage is 232V, the output voltage will be 207V).
In the case of power failure, after the power returns (restart), and all the control signals ('ON' & 'Energy Saving') are still present, the controller provides full voltage to the system and energy saving will begins after the time delay as mentioned above.
If, during energy saving mode, it becomes necessary to restart some or all lamps, this can be achieved by opening the connection to terminals 3 & 4 (disable 'Energy Saving' mode).
The unit will now supply full voltage until the 'Energy Saving' mode is again enabled via terminals 3 & 4 and the timer has elapsed.

Energy & Power Analyzer Multimeter
The Power Analyzer Multimeter is a compact, multi functional, three-phase multimeter, especially designed to suit the needs of power and energy measurement in electric panel.
The Power Analyzer Multimeter includes an open protocol communication for, Building management systems. It is designed for power and energy metering, as well as quality power measurement and data logging.
The Power Analyzer Multimeter is capable of measuring active, reactive and apparent power, as well as frequency, power factor, current, voltage, harmonics analysis and has a waveform graphic display.
The Power Analyzer Multimeters state of the art graphic LCD enables multilingual graphic display data and analysis.

Measurements accuracy:
The Power Analyzer Multimeter has an autonomic measuring unit, which ensures accuracy of the power energy metering according to the international standard IEC 687/61036. Each cycle is being sampled 1600 times.
The measurement accuracy of energy and energy components such as current, voltage, power and power factor is better than 0.1%.
Power Quality Analysis:
Harmonic disturbances and bad power factor can cause a massive damage to the electric facilities.
The Power Analyzer Multimeter enables monitoring & analysing the supplied electricity quality to the facility.
The Power Analyzer Multimeter also measures true power factor, which includes the influences of the harmonics disturbances. The Harmonics spectrum analysis (up to the 31’th) can be displayed on the LCD.
